Delta Express Shipping Airlines Website reported and cancelled May 31, 2009 Internet
We are IPATA, an international membership organization of professional pet shippers. Each day, we receive many reports of this type of scam and the details are always very close to those reported in this ripoff report.
This company claimed to be a member of IPATA - which they are not nor have they ever been.
They fraudulently copied text from the website of one of our members Midwest Pet Express - which was copyrighted - which is a violation of their web hosting company's Terms of Service (TOS).
We reported this fraudulent website to their web hosting company who closed the website down within just a couple of hours. We also sent an email to both email addresses listed in the ripoff report, warning that we were reporting their scam to their web hosting company as a TOS violation but both emails were returned. The email addresses are no longer valid.
Of course, there is no guarantee that the website will remain closed down or that this same company or same individuals will not start up again using a similiar or totally different name. As always, "buyer beware". For more information on these scams, go to www.ipata.com.
