Phil Wolfe is a complete scam artist and con man. His company Delta International based in Tuscon is a sham! He literally steals thousands upon thousands of dollars from desperate parents and other people seeking the whereabouts of their children. He is a predator and the worse maggot out there. That is five counts of wire fraud!!! He does not post his name anywhere on his web site nor an address. The reason is simple - he does not want anyone to know who he is and he does not maintain an office of any kind.
He will talk to you over the phone and use his lizard tongue to suck you in. He will ask for large sums of money to get started and then additional large sums to place in an escrow account. He will neither investigate any case because he is not licensed to and never was one to begin with. The hard fact is that you will never see your loved one or your money ever again. I simply do not know why authorities are not placing him back in prison. Maybe they are about to.
If you google him, there is nothing there. No success stories from newspapers, video or even a photgraph of him. It's like he is a ghost and he wants it to be. Look at his site where he says he will not post any testimonials from his client for all rthe BS reasons. Truth is, if you are legit, people will be hmore than happy to write and allow their names to be posted. This is just another sham to prove that he never inverstigated any case himself nor was successful in any pursuit except stealing money from good people.
He's a slug using children to profit. I cannot think of a more vile insect than Phil Wolfe. Contact the FBI, Attorney General's Office and your local police department to file a formal complaint. Do not let Wolfe prey upon anybody again!!! BEWARE OF THIS CRIMINAL
