BE VERY LEERY OF THIS DEALER

This deal started on 9/15/2015 as my sales man he told me the RV was like new. That it would be clean and have new tires on it when we got there on 10/07/ 2015. We were also told are we had to buy an extended warranty Finance department through Good Sam’s, well the warranty is not through Good Sam’s ( check yours out ) and the warranty does not cover anything so I paid $7920 for nothing & The dealer keeps half the money. I paid $4500 for tires that cost them $1000, Plus $4882.50 for plates and tabs and title transfer fee’s and taxes, to this day I still don’t have it in full no title  that’s over 70 days.  I also paid $800 to have the RV prepped and ready for me to pick up on 10/07/ 2015 that was not done either. That night when we went to go to sleep, here we find cockroaches and bugs a bloody sheet a bloody pillow in the bed none of the TV’s worked, the CD player doesn’t work, and this is the start of our vacation. Now either you did not go in the Motor home or you lied to me I will let you decide that one. Either way you look at it to date I have spent $4523.93 fixing things this should have been done before I pick up. To put the icing on the cake I did a car fax on this and it came that the mileage was turned back. So the reason that I’m sending this letter is I want my money back and I want you to come pick this RV up I’m done dealing with this.

I would like to Thank DeMontrond they have fixed all of the problems with my 2006 Gulf Stream they went the extra miles to make sure I was happy & satisfied with the end results of my motor home and I am. Thank you so much DeMontrond

I really think you are funny see I and many other people look at what you are defending by attacking what I have put on here as the truth. You Jim are greedy and you think ripping some off is there are stupid when you just don't care all you want is the almighty DOLLAR. See I have been in Business For 25 years NEVRER in 25 years have I had 1 complaint filed against my business WHY I cared about EVERY CUSTOMER 100% OF THE TIME.

Yes sir...the nail was hit squarely on the head and you have no intelligent rebuttal!  So in response its to old, immature "you must work for them" song and dance!!!

The "warranty"...why didn't you read it IN ADVANCE to see what it covered?  Then again, if you would have been a smart consumer, you would have known there is no requirement for any kind of warranty to obtain financing!  No, you threw common sense out the window on this one!

 

Again...NO RIPOFF HERE.  Complainer went along with whatever the seller said and did!  Complainer was not skilled enough to make the purchase.

let us set the record STRAIGHT HOW CAN YOU TELL IF THE ROOF IS LEAKING IF IT IS NOT RAINING. How can you tall if the haet does not work when it is 95 Degrees out side. How can you tell if a Good Sam Extended Service Plan is good you have to use. Right !

 You bought this thing with obvious problems staring you in the face. You fell for this lie you must buy the extended warranty, All these charges would have been itemized on the bill of sale, yet YOU agreed to them! If you don't like the prices or phony fees then you walk out! Exactly how hard is that to understand? NO RIPOFF HERE because the buyer agreed to all the problems and phony fees!
