Face Book likes mean nothing. Your friends put it on thier status and you click on like because you don't know much about it and want to follow. I have a ton of likes on my Face Book page from people I don't know and haven't dealt with.
I'm sure many people have good luck with this company or they would not be around. But when you have a problem, that's when the men are separated from the boys. Just don't have a problem and they'll be fine. Are you willing to take the chance? All boils down to policy and theirs stink. Sorry.

As a former business owner and frequent online purchaser, I wanted to get as much information as I could about Dennis Kirk before ordering from them.
According to Facebook, they have 589,245 likes · 14,251 talking about this
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but as a wanna-be detective/investigator who loves research, I'd say that the few complaints they have received don't hold a candle to the half million "likes" on Facebook and that they have gotten a 4.5 out of 5 star rating out of 8,198 reviews for denniskirk.com. I'm going to give them a try...will update on my experience!
