I AM HERE TO CLAIM AND SET THINGS STRAIGHT ONCE AND FOR ALL. I WILL SAY AND ADMITT YES I HAD SOME PROBLEMS. I HAVE WORKED VERY HARD AT GETTING THINGS RESOLVED. THE BIGGEST MOVE WAS TO REMOVE MYSELF FROM THE INTERNET. WHICH I HAVE DONE. I HAVE NO BEEN USING THE INTERNET, PURCHASING, SELLING OR ANYTHING. I HAD SOME BAD LUCK WITH THE INTERNET AS IT DESTROYS PEOPLE LIVES. JAMES CLAIM TO KNOW EVERYTHING, I WILL SAY HE DOESNT AT ALL. HE DOESNT KNOW THE DEAL OR WHAT THE STORY IS. HE SEEMS TO THINK HE IS GOD OR ACTS LIKE HE IS A OFFICAL. WEITHER MY SPELLING IS CORRECT OR NOT. SOME PEOPLE ARENT GOOD TYPERS. SOME MAKE MISTAKES... BUT HE IS GOD AND IS PERFECT RIGHT? WRONG, WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. JAMES YOU CAN SAY ALL YOU WANT. I WENT THOUGH ALOT OF RECOURSE AND I HAD HELP. SUE ME FOR SAYING WHAT I JUST SAID, BUT I HAVE FREEDOM SPEECH AND I DIDNT STEP OUT OF LINE AT ALL. SO PLEASE DONT TRY TO THREATEN ME. things i have done to make better of myself. i have under gone personal cousil to fix problems in my life. i have been correcting any problems. there is a few that need correct but will be very soon. i have written to ebay and asked them to actually block my ip address so i can't even get on there web site. i have done alot and it takes time to make right. im not perfect but i can gaurentee that i will make sure everything is 100% as soon as all are 100% which is very few i will close up completely and stay away from the internet for good as it costed me enough. one thing that is effecting me is the harrasment caused by some people and lies. yea its ok to rant on about but to exstort me isnt right. people who use drugs or drink too much go to rehap to correct them selves right. its a second chance. everyone deserves it. per court claims the claim never made it too court because james was refunded before hand. it was paypals fault that the money was messed up. you can view the problem if them at www.paypalsucks.com and read abotu the horror of paypal. again james is so stuck on what he think he knows. i dont know why. and dont wanna know i just want him to leave me alone, stop posting as i will have all correct and i will leave from this internet horror place. that is pretty much all i have to say, just stating that i have worked hard to get things straightened out. and i done well. thanks for reading this and i hope there is a few out there that have faith in people. amen!!! ps. make sure you send this to the agentcy too as they can read that i am being a man to take care of things. thank you. post below if you have questions

I am pleased to inform all victims of Dennis P. Lewis' internet auction fraud schemes that I have received positive information concerning my complaints against Mr. Lewis. Federal law enforcement officials are VERY aware of what has been going on. Other victims, please be advised that Dennis Lewis has resorted to a new low to try and keep himself out of trouble. He has recently filed a false Ripoff Report under a false name. In the report, he says that I sold him a car stereo on eBay that was broken. First of all, I do not sell any stereos or electronics, nor have I ever. Please see my eBay feedback, my username is jmorrison325. According to the false report, the transaction in question ended on 9-30-04. Check my previous auctions, it's not there (of course!). In the past, Mr. Lewis has e-mailed me with childish, bogus legal threats. He has also filed a rebuttal to a report that I had previously filed one on. In his rebuttal, Mr. Lewis makes an immature, vindictive rant containing, among other things, homosexual references and more bogus legal threats. Please search this site for Dennis Lewis, read the reports and see my rebuttals, as well as those of others and not to mention Mr. Lewis' immature rants and lies. While I did recover my money from Mr. Lewis after a Civil Suit in PA District Court 58-3-02, I am not going to sit back and watch him defraud others. With the exception of Mr. Lewis, everyone I have dealt with on eBay has been fair, HONEST and respectable. I will do anything legally possible to stop the perpetrators of FRAUD! To all other victims, do not let Denny's lies, bogus threats and intimidation tactics stop you from doing what is right! What you feel is right is up to you (Please keep it legal-He's not worth jail time), but whatever that is, do not let him coerce you out of doing it! Contact the authorities, local, state and federal. Don't give up, because I haven't, and it is paying off! Best regards to all.

On 4/28/2004 and 4/29/2004, I received Paypal payments of $500 and $700 respectively from Dennis Lewis. On 5/3/2004, Lewis filed a false claim with Paypal that I had failed to provide him with nonexistant goods, and tried to get the $1200 that HE OWED ME taken back!! Paypal investigated, and of course, Lewis had nothing to back his false claim. The money was returned to me by Lewis when I called him about it. He said that it was Paypal's fault. I contacted Paypal by phone and was told that it WAS in fact Dennis Lewis who had filed a claim against ME!! After the appropriate investigation, Paypal ruled in my favor, and informed me that the case was closed and that Lewis would not be able to attempt any more complaints or chargebacks. Upon hearing both sides of the story, I believe Paypal. I will not change my mind unless Dennis Lewis can PROVE to me that Paypal was in the wrong.

4/29/2004- Dennis P. Lewis has returned to me the remaining balance of $1200.00 that he owed me, IN FULL. I agreed to two installments in close succession (both within two days), and Mr. Lewis paid as agreed. I am relieved that I was able to get this issue resolved without the hassles of going to court.
