3 ADS on craigslist under weatern KY 8 SAME PROPERTY... NOT FOR SALE... DROVE 12 HOURS TO SEE PROPERTY ONLY TO BE TOLD ONLY LAND FOR SALE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN ON CONTRACT THAT i WAS TOLD WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. SELLER IS SCAMMER , LIVES AT 1600 LOU GENE, LOUISVILLE, KY. REFUSED TO MEET ME THERE TO SIGN CONTRACT THAT I WROTE UP FOR SALE, ALL LEGAL... Pure Blatent FRAUD!
TEXTED ME It was still AVAILABLE, He knew I was enroute and pulled this! ... TOTAL FRAUD! I am filing fraud charges with my attorney general! This is PURE FRAUD BEACUSE: HE knowingly and intentionally, MISREPRESTENTED THIS AD, we RELIED ON HIS INFORMATION AS WELL MY PARTNER WHO HE SPOKE TO BOTH OF US...AND WE SUFFERED DAMAGES AS A RESULT!.. **FYI**

12 x 65 manufacterd home in wild cat estates (murray, ky)
$5500 / 2br - 850ft² - 12 x 60 ft manufactured home on two lots (murray, ky)
120 FALCON DRIVE....
. IT IS ON A DIRT FLOODED ROAD, A BLUE AND WHITE TRAILER WITH ANOTHER TRAILER WITH ADD ON BEHIND IT, NEXT TO A CAMPER TRAILER CAMP. THE DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN AN BUSTED WINDOW, HOLES IN FLOOR, NO HEATER. I TAPED A HOLE IN THE WINDOW AS A COURTESY AND CLOSED THE DOOR. WHILE TRYING TO CONTACT THE OWNER..... WHO KNEW I WAS GOING THERE PER MY TEXT TO HIM. THEN HE STARTED HIS NEW SCAM.
AFTER I ALREADY DREW UP A CONTRACT FOR THE MISREPRESENTED AD! WHICH HE THEN CLAIMED TO BE ONLY LAND NO HOME!!!
THIS WAS REPORTED TO CRAIGSLIST AND THEY NOT ONLY KEEP THE MULTI POSTINGS, BUT DO NOTHING!
EACH AD HAS SAME ADDRESS AND HIS PHONE NUMBER ON IT!
Ironically, I thought a red flag and odd he REFUSED blatently to meet us to do anypart of the transaction! to sign the contract, to get the funds or anything!!!!

Ms stewart this is lible and slander. Both this website and Ms Stewart have commited and condoned this action. If this fake report, address, and phone number is not removed in 24 hours I will proceed with legal action.
This harrasement and slandering of Mr Gearys name will not be tolerated and we will pursue to the fullest extent of the law to obtain any damages created by this posting of personal information and slander without proof.
Ms Stewart never had a signed contract or any type of written agreement or earnest money down to create any type of legal binding contract verablly or legally.
Once again, Ms Stewart has slandered and posted the address and phone number of Mr Geary. I respectfully ask again that this be removed from this site within 24 hours
This property has now been sold and is under contract to close in nex fifteen days. Obviously there was no attempt at misleading or scamming any individual.
