My appointment was Oct. 20, 2003. I had the worse

experience, I have ever had at the Dentist's office. I did not understand the pay first method with my insurance, since I have never had to pay first and while I was waiting in the chair and filling out paper work I called my insurance company to check with them on what they cover. Then they said that they should not be charging me that amount so I went back up front where they explained that I had to pay the difference right now which I was unclear on at first which is why I called the insurance company. I went back to finish up the exam, they had already taken my x-rays.

My appointment was at 12 and this was now 12:30 and the hygenist said I can not finish you up now I don't have enough time so they said they would have to reschedule. I have already filed a complaint with my insurance company, who agreed they should not have treated me that way and that I have a right to call them if there is anything I am unclear on. I just think it is terrible I was treated this way and that they should pay attention to how their staff treats new patients.

I did not understand and for that I should not be treated this way. I worked in a doctor's office for 4 years myself and this kind of treatment would not have been tolerated. I called the 800 number to file this complaint and they did not even call me back. I called twice. I just warn anyone against this company. Go someplace else where they will allow you to ask questions and treat you with respect.

Absolute Crooks!

This is a large company of crooks. Who ever heard of paying before a service is provided? They do this to make sure you don't walk out when you realize how filthy their offices are and that the DDS that works on you is simultaneously working on five other patients. They don't wash hands in between patients. These are desperate dentists of questionable ability that would work for a company like this.
