Dependable Auto Shippers DAS Car damage during transport Berkeley CA
DAS damaged my car during transport and refuses to pay for the repair (all documented) DAS transported my car from NYC to Berkeley, CA. When the car was unloaded the brakes were damaged and non-functional. When the car was loaded in NYC the brakes were fully functional as documented by the official loading document and signed by the driver. When unloaded in Berkeley the driver marked in the unloading document that the breaks are non functional. Despite the documentation signed by DAS proving that the damage was caused during transport the company refuses to pay for the damage.

I'm reading your complaint and how much damage was there in dollar amount? DAS has a 2500.00 deductible on their insurance for damage. If your damage is over that amount ask them for their Insurance Company information. If they don't give it to you post back on here. I have access to all that information. If a Company doesn't belong to the BBB. You know most of them are ripoffs. Being a member of the BBB if the customer has any complaints about your service that would have to be taken care of with the customer being satisfied or the Company will get a bad rating. Alot of Auto Transport Companys do not belong because of this reason. No one should give any money or credit card for services until the services are completed.
