So people are starting to see what Derek is really about and how he lies and manipulates conversations, events and situations to try and justify his stealing. Well guys just be glad he only got you for what he did...$250.00 $500.00 etc. Don't get me wrong I am in no way diminishing the financial or the seriousness of his actions but that uncaring, cold, evil, soulless predator took me for $40,000.00 That's right... Forty Thousand Dollars but that was not the worst of it. After I handed him the keys to my house he stood and watched as Myself, my wife, my son, his girlfriend and 3 grand babies had absolutely no where to go because he failed to give us the $5,000 he promised us. And then he reneged on the 40,000.00 payment. We had a manufactured home picked out with the lot,and all the paperwork signed and ready. The American dream...Homeowners with little or no mortgage payments well... My wife and I ended up living in my brothers garage. This was devastating to our marriage and my wife went into severe depression and almost catatonic to the point of needing medication and counseling. This was the beginning of the end of our marriage. 3 years later we were not together anymore...the love of my life, my soul mate was gone.
The forty thousand dollars was bad, but the loss of my wife was something I will never get over. So thank you Derek for caring only about your greed and all the money you think you need to get in this life regardless of who you may hurt, ruin or maybe even kill in your quest for the almighty dollar. Remember "The love of money is the root of all evil" And brother...you really are evil. Dave
