This is with out a doubt, the very worst company I have ever dealth with. Their product is nothing special. I called to try out their $3.95 14 day trial offer. It took 13 days for them, to ship the product.
I called to decline any further shippments and was given nothing but a total run around. They lied about the trial offer and wanted to charge me seperate return and "restocking fees". They tried to come up with as many excuses as they could as to why they could not cancel my acount.
Luckily I recoreded the entire conversation (legal here in AZ).
DO NOT under any circumstances do business with this company. Avoid "Dermal Essence" at all costs.
