Ordered the two iteme marked as samples on line. Fine print says that consumer must contact DermaNU within 14 days to cancel. No contact and DermaNU assumes consumer likes the product and enters a charge of $89.47 against consumers debit card for the samples. The $89.47 charge is for the two small samples only and not for any future full size shipment.
Charge will continue unles canceled by telephone. SCAM.

DermaNu from Barcelona, Spain did it again. After canceling my account and, after a fight, got a 50% refund. Also received a cancelation letter and a cancelation number. Following all this, today these thieves posted another unauthorized charge of $94.57 to my bank account. Did it on Friday because they are closed on the weekend. I am reporting them to the Federal authorities. Can nothing be done about these criminals?
