DermaNu "Free trial" was false. I was charged $89.47 plus $94.57 a few weeks after ordering, then again another few weeks later! "Customer service" rep was rude and stated I could not return products or get refund. I'm pursuing other options now. Santa Ana California

Dermanu Free Trial offered skin cream and eye cream for $4.95 and $5.95 shipping and handling only. My account has now been charged $89.47 and $94.57 twice. Customer service representative was extremely rude and stated I could not either return the products or be issued a refund. It is also advertised as all natural - which it is not.

Once again YOU the consumer DID NOT READ!!!! YOU saw only what YOU wanted to see and IGNORED the link. You did this TWICE!!! Once when you were prompted to enter your banking info and again when completing the order. YOU clicked "I AGREE" WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT YOU WERE AGREEING TO!!! So PLEASE tell us all agian how its NOT your fault and how THEY are bad monsters for YOUR INABILITY TO READ. THEY are ONLY doing what YOU TOLD THEM TO DO!!!! Since YOU did not cancel your order for any future shipments within 14 days of placing said order. Since YOU did NOT cancel, YOU gave THEM express permission to send YOU more product AND to bill the card YOU GAVE THEM!! I feel NO PITY for YOU!! YOU did this ALL to yourself. YOU did it by being LAZY!!! It would have taken only a few mins of your time to READ!!! But since YOU couldnt be bothered to even educate yourself a little, there is NO REMEDY for YOUR situation. Perhaps YOU should just stay off the web. Obviosly YOU cant be ADULT enough to READ so YOU cant be TRUSTED to even look out for your own better interests. YOU are a victim of YOUR OWN LAZINESS!!!! Nothing more. Typical though that YOU would shift the blame to a INNOCENT party just so YOU dont have to take responsibility for your own actions. How VERY American of you. Once we were a GREAT nation, now we are a nation of LAZY SLOTHFUL INTERNET JUNKIES!!! People so BLINDED by thier own failures in life that they cant see HOW and WHEN they screw themselves over. Instead of admitting not only to yourself but to the world that YOU screwed up and be an adult about it, YOU go on the web and DEFAME a innocent group BECAUSE you are such a failure at READING!!! YOU PERSONALLY are a BLIGHT on the web. These ppl did NOTHING that YOU didnt give permission to do. THEY did EXACTLY what THEY said THEY would do IF you didnt cancel. So HOW is it that its a ripoff?? Oh thats right!!!! YOU dont take responsibility for YOUR screw ups so it MUST be a ripoff and THEY must be evil monsters.
