My experience is exactly the same as previous posters.
Hidden inside the text were the disclaimers, auto ship etc.
I never received an email from the company - the disclaimer was buried in a link in a text.
Rude customer service - they probably are inundated with complaints of this 'bait and switch' business approach.
and the trial product made my skin itch.
