Very disapointed in this salon visit.
I experience hair loss after taking down my box braids and this woman braids too tight.
It was disgusting listening to her rant about people in her community, yet she claim to want unity. She judge others by how they dress, hair, and how they eat, etc. Yet, you visit her pages on social media, she was once the girl with straight relaxed hair, weaves, who is now natural hair. I've been natural hair for 10 years and never looked down on other women for relaxing their hair or wearing weaves. Her conversations are very judgemental. She come of as unprofessional, rude, hateful, jealous, fake, and a liar.
I will never visit this salon again, I've been one time this year from a referer of a friend. This woman braid too tight and will take your hair out.

You're a fraud and unprofessional. I don't owe you a thing girl. My complaint is on services I received at your hands . I emailed you about this situation too and no response. You are exposed. You don't have to style people hair tightly to achieve a style. I asked you not to do my hair too tight. Keep showing how unprofessional you are going back and forth with a customer. Check your emails.

Hello sweetheart. If you are able to give me a confirmation email and receipt for paid service ripoff allows you to upload images. If you had booked for box braids or twist there is a deposit required and is paid through PayPal. Can you reproduce that payment email for me please. I am not able to resolve a claim if that's no detail onto who and when this claim was to be. Well this is my last attempt to resolve a fraudulent complaint professionally. Girl I'm not going back and forth with you on rip off report. Box Braids or Twists, they're all in the same category and I thought you mentioned you didn't do box braids this year? Caught you in a lie. Now you claim to only have done two heads. Professional companies that get complaints and want to make it right simply apologize. You're displaying how unprofessional you are by your responses. You have serious issues girl. Who argues with customers online at night ? Someone that don't have good sense. I've found another beautician and very happy now, I'll never waste money with a scam artist like you again.

Hello sweetheart. I do not believe you were a customer of mines. Are you a stylist? If your name isn't Breena or Paris I didn't do box braids on you this year. Is it possible for you to show your email confirmation and the receipt given to every client by me at the end of your service. Finding it hard to believe you because all my services and products cater to the health of coils and locs in its natural state. I rarely do any services where hair is added. I would want to believe you but your original complaint just isn't adding up. So if I could get that email confirmation and a copy of the receipt you were given at the end of your service would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How cute is this getting some friends to defend your case. Keep telling lies. I didn't go natural to go bald at your hands. This woman braids too tight and that creates tension on the scalp causing breakage. Instead of spending time going back and forth with a customer as you doing now, got take notes from other natural hair beauticians. Hair is more than just a nice style, healthy hair care should be a priority.

I have been a customer of Divine Textures for 4 years and I have not ever experienced any of what this customer is saying. Derytah is professional and very respectful of your time. Little time is spent waiting for her to finish up other customers. In fact, I can walk in for my scheduled appointment time and sit straight in her chair. Although Derytah does enjoy a good conversation, I have not ever experienced her "rant" about anything. I always have an excellent experience when I am there and has referred several individuals there. The quality of her services is consistent. She always takes her time yet finishes in a timely manner. It does not hurt when I am receiving a service and I always enjoy the finished product. Also, I never experience discomfort or hair loss when I take down my styles. Four years Derytah has taken excellent care of my hair and the length is now in the middle of my back. I would not continue to come to Devine Textures if I would hear anyone talk negatively or in a disrespectful manner. This is how I know that the customer who wrote this post is not sharing facts.
