Unfortunately two years after this gentleman made a report we were informed, but ok. The information is completely falce. The customer was visited many times to solve the problem and it was solved. Awning is working properly. That customer Jorge Acevedo has a pending due balance of 50% of the order and a collection company have tried to collect the amount without any success. The collection company has now our instructions to file a lawsuit to recover the due amount and for damage in the image of the company for falce information in the report.
