So Darlene The company you claiom to represent doesn't give a rats a*s about its customers. If you are the best thing that they have for customer service they may as well shut down now. Your using all caps says you are mad and you are yelling at the person involved. All she wants is the items that she ordered. Your company must have been aware and blatantly proved that you don't care about the customer. I think that all persons that have dealt with this company should contact PayPal because they are the only ones that can take the money back. Barb- If you used a credit card to pay your paypal account check with your credit card company and show them a prontout of this so called customer service persons response. Maybve using that they will feel justified crediting your card whicnh may then force PayPal to go after them. In any case I hope you are not a lot of monet due to A@@ Hole# like Darlene who couildn't care less about people.

YOU WERE GIVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR ITEMS, AND IF YOU TRACKED THEM AND CONTACT CUSTOMS YOU WILL SEE WHERE THEY STOPPED. YOU TOOK A RISK IN BUYING AN ITEM FROM OVERSEAS AND THESE THINGS HAPPEN AT TIMES.
