Hired Desiree Genera to create a business logo for my company. I sent her 6 images of designs that I liked. After receiving the first design in told her I didn't like it and was hoping for something a little more similar to what I sent her. She got extremely irritated and told me they look feminine etc and told me to request a partial refund through PayPal which I thought was secure. Since it wasn't a tangible item they wouldn't refund me and I lost the money and never received the design. Her website is photostudiolove.com. do your research and don't be a victim like I was. There are other reviews on the Web of her doing similar things. Google her you'll find out.
