Steve claims in his rebuttal that he tried to make me happy. One could say that, sort of. As I said he did apologize, which I appreciated. But he also claims he offered to do my next car for free, which is either a lie or his memory is inaccurate. Had he offered to do my next car for free, instead of a 10% off discount on my next detailing, (which is what he actually offered and what you can get with a simple coupon) I would have considered that as a more acceptable attempt at keeping me as a customer. As I explained, I already re-cleaned the carpets so they wouldn't stain overnight. I did not ask for the entire car to be redone even if it was poorly done. It's true that you can't make everyone happy, but in my opinion Steve's attempt was less than half. I too own and operate a business and I do make it a point to make every customer happy and if they aren't they get free service. You take care of your customers and they take care of you. Period.

I dont know what happened to this customers car ,but i did offer to redo the car, I also offered to clean the car he was planning to purchase for free .He refused both .I have been in bussiness for 15 years and have a great reputation . We try to make all customers happy ,unfortunatly some people you cannot . This person in my opinion only wanted a very good cleanup done for free ,other wise he would of excepted one of my other offers . I hope this person owns a bussiness some day and sees how difficult it is to please 100% of the customers .
