Detail Factory (Ray Clark) Auto Detail Rip-off Thief
Our Company sent Ray Clark polish for use in his detail company called "The Detail Factory". Anyway he got the product COD and then refused the product and we had to pay for the postage 3 times that he sent it back because he had no money. Ray then called and send please send the product I have the money now. We did just that. He accepted the product COD, and gave his company check to us. It bounced, and then he stopped payment. We never got the product back and he made up some bogus story how he found somethng better. However he also said he would send the product back and just kept it. We talked with his workers and they told us he loves the product and is using it. In the mean time we are out $700.00 US Dollars no product and no money. We also found out that Ray Clark has done this same thing with many different companys. Stopping payment on checks, and keeping the product.
Don't get your car detailed by The Detail Factory, (Ray Clark) he is a Thief with a capital T. We have tried to talk nice with him and all he can use is the F word. I guess that is his IQ.
Be careful do not send this company any product without the cash up front. If not you will be SORRY!

The detail product in question was of poor quality and was not usable on fine auto mobiles. I still have the product and will not pay for the return shipping. If you want your product back you can come get it yourself!
