Dex Media Dex YP Misleading and deceptive about their advertising services. Louisville Kentucky
A representative for Dex Media came in to the garage and stated that if we signed up with them for advertising, we would get a year free. If we did not want the services to continue, we could call before that year was up and cancell, and not be billed. The year would've been up in August 2018. I called well before the year was up to cancel. Now we are recieving bills from them @ $270 a MONTH. When I called to address the matter, they advised me that they did not have any record of me calling to cancel their service, convient huh? AND the representative that came into the garage is no longer with the company! They are deceptive and withholding of important information when it comes time to cancel!
