I read a review before I used this company but at that time there was only one review... since then there have been several more posted.

I have the same problem as everyone else.  They were over an hour late for their move, the damaged my house I had already sold, I spent a lot of money fixing the stuff they damaged because my realtor and I thought that was the right thing to do.

Then when they moved my furniture into my new house they damaged both refrigerator doors, the front door jam of my brand new home.  They lost the hardware to put my dining room table together.  They lost the hardware for my trundle beds.  They left several pieces of furniture wrapped because they didn't want me to see the damage until after they left.   They didn't connect the ice maker, washing machine or dryer and all this knowing I'm a senior citizen and living alone.  I was quite sure that none of them could read because they put "garage" boxes in the kitchen, "master bath" boxes in the garage, "shoes" in the kitchen... just none of the move made sense.

The head gentleman left telling me he was on his way to the hardware store to buy the hardware for the two beds and the dining room table and he would be back at the latest tomorrow morning.  I took another day off work without pay to be there for him and not only did he never show up, but that was 15 days ago and in spite of all my emails and phone calls, not one person from that company has ever called me back.

The day they unloaded my furniture, they started at 10:30, quit at 3:15 and took no less than 90 minutes worth of breaks, yet their head guy seemed to think that was 6 hours of work and that's what they charged me for.

It has been two weeks and it has taken me until today to fix what they broke, and replace what they lost and the total cost to me is over $3000.00.  I thought you were supposed to be able to file a claim, but I guess not.  Their site does not list one and the owner Chris Booth will not return my calls or emails.

Please don't make the mistake I made by using this firm.  They are horrible.
