I believe it. They investigated me on a false claim made by the father in an attempt to gain custody. I was abused by the father which is why I left him. CPS said "he has rights" and made me take my son to his house where I was eventually beaten up again. So CPS then took my kid after feeding me to the wolves without a warrant or court order. My child was never ever abused or neglected by anyone but the system. They then took my second child straight from the hospital and i haven't seen my kids in 5 years. Guess how much money they made off of my children in 8 years ?! Then guess what happens, you try to tell your story to the public in your desperate plea for help and instead you get laughed at, accused of being a drug addict, or deserved you kids taken. Not all kids taken from their families were abused or neglected. 9/10 times the calls made are made falsely out of anger. Oooh I don't like her, she made me mad so ima call CPS with some bs. By by babies.

Hello, Why didnt you use a court appointed attorney to fight the "bogus charges"? A CPS caseworker cannot "take a child" without an order from the court. If there is evidence of abuse or neglect, the child may be removed and the parent(s) have at least one year to participate in services to regain custody of their child. Why didnt you participate in services and prove to the court that you are capable of caring for your child? CPS workers have nothing to gain by making up false allegations of abuse in order to take children away from their parents. If a child is removed from their parents care, a Foster Care worker assists the family toward reunification, unless the abuse of the child is so severe that it is unsafe for the child to ever return home. Maybe you should look into your own behavior and figure out how/why CPS became involved with your family in the first place.
