Diago & Sonia's Firewood scamed an 85 year old woman out of money for firewood under the amount paid for. Selma, California
My name is Ellen M and was scammed for firewood in the city of Clovis, Ca. The people who scammed me are Diago & Sonia's firewood service, out of Selma, Ca. Their # is (559) 776-7385. I responded to an article in the Fresno Bee adds, regarding "firewood for sale, split seasoned almond firewood for sale, $130.00 a cord. They came out on the 9th of October to deliver the wood, and the amount of wood and quality was no were nere even up to Fresno Co. weights and measures standers. Fresno Co. weights and measures explaind to me that these individuals have been reported before by others in the Fresno area. I payed for 4 cords of wood, $530.00, and was only given the amount of $230.00 if at best. After I asked, and recalled the Diago & Sonia's Firewood Co, they informed me tuff luck. I am 85 years old, and never had a problem before with getting firewood in the past accurately delivered. Please find this as a testomoney to be carefull when buying firewood from indiviguals out of the local newspaper.
