To the person waiting to get papers good luck I too at one time had nothing against her until it was over a year and no papers and the health issues. Evonne all I said is true you said it yourself you sell the females to get more of our money . I know allot of breeders that think this is crazy. Why would you not want to prove to people that your dog is healthy by having health tests done?? Again the breeders I know do health test all the doge they show . No I'm not a breeder nor do I ever wish to be and you by the look of thing aren't either . Good breeders do it to better the breed not to make money like you and not give us what we pay for . My Izzy is doing better with her meningitis ,thank god it would kill me to loose her but Evonne come on look at all these people that have all these reports against you . Good breeders sell one litter at a time not 20 puppies like you that's the biggest red flag ever . Too bad I had to learn all this after the fact.

Evonne, I am neither for or against you. You have provided my family with a wonderful English bulldog in 2005. Now in 2008 I purchased another English bulldog from you, the only problem now is the status of his papers, which have been paid for in full. I emailed you 2 or 3 times and each time it said the email was nonexistent. I have tried calling you but your number has also been disconnected. If this is a mistake please give me your current email and current phone number so we can resolve this matter. I am being very nice and patient with you, but this is the last time before you leave me no choice but to take legal action. For One,,,We NO~ longer Import anymore...and when we did, we were simply trying to bring in New Champion lines. Secondly, this person obviously is Not~ a Breeder,,,Nor has been a Breeder for over 15 years as myself,,,so it is obvious she is not educated in her Facts. Any~ of it, actually. As most people probably know from what she said. You do NOT~ have to test a dog to be able to Show it in the Show ring,,everyone knows that. Any Joe blow person can show their dog. And as most people know, English Bulldogs you can Only~ Breed once a year anyway,,,they don't normally come into heat more than that anyway. And secondly every~ breeder I know sales females for more,,,not b/c they can be bred. But because most~ people prefer a Female over a male. Males for some reason are much harder to sale. And thirdly, alot~ of breeder here in the states put tatoo's on their dogs b/c akc requires Microchip or tatoo# anyway!!! And as far as her dog go's, she also knows that IF~ she Stuck with our Legally Binding Contract, & returned the Contract, & also had her Vet sign the Contract she would get a replacment. But this is the first~ I have even heard anything from this person. Which of course again, there is No~ last name.

I wish we could all get together. I will tell you Evonne what a reputable breeder is , since I got an unhealthy puppy from you I have done tones of research and talked to a tone of people . So first all reputable show their dogs and in order to do this they have to have a tone of health screenings done to prove they are healthy. Then they are shown until they have a championship and can be finished and only then will they be bred. They only have a litter every year to 2 years. The breeder or another person will come to your house to see where you live . The puppies will be spayed or neutered. A reputable breeder would not allow you to breed one of their puppies and mess up a good blood line they work so hard to get . And most people just think its cute to have puppies and then you end up with back yard breeders and mills . A frenchies health can really be messed up if you breed the wrong 2 together. Reputable are registered because they show them! They dont sell them for the color or the sex . Its funny how you sell the females for more money because the thought is that they can be bred. This is crazy , and the different color thing is also. The way to find a good breeder is to go to a frenchie dog show and meet and talk to them and they will help you find a breeder. I hope this helps some of you if you decide to get a healthy puppy. My baby now has meningitis and her spine is messed up and its hereditary and I did let Evonne know this when I found out and she never responded about the spine issues. A good breeder would have reached out in a heart beat!

I hope you all saw Good Morning America about two weeks go. They showed about Puppy Mills . If your puppy has a # tattoo on them its a Puppy Mill .That how they keep tract of it for the books. And they mention the Puppy Mills are Big in Texas. Well my Puppies I got from Evonne Denny have tattoo on them . And the one has alot of health problems. I think we all should get together and stop her from selling puppies and ripping people off.( And she calls her self a Christian. ) Can someone tell me how I can get in touch with others who got rip off by Evonne?

I also bough a puppie from Evonne and after the first puppy we picked out died(i was told the whole litter died due to a vacination problem) I was told i would get first pick of any litter well i picked up our new puppy and no mention ever made about more money untill i called and asked her where our dogs papers where she said the new puppy was a 100 dollars more. No Evonne I'm not a Puppy Mill! I'm not breeding my Frenchie at all ! As you can see again Evonne writes thing about people that are lies. Why are there sooooooo many Dissatisfied Customers ! A person in Business would want to please their customers (selling health puppies not sick ones ) A person that treats their customers right wouldn't have to defend them self (Evonne) Let put it this way if you were right you wouldn't be going through this! I did send my vet papers to Evonne right way. I ask her for the Vet papers show that the puppies had shots etc. She said she would fax them she never did . I'm am so sick of her lies. We all need to get together and take her down. And by the way she say she a Christian---Christian don't act like that . (I do take my dogs to the vet ! but when you get a puppymill they have lot of problems ! Evonne you are selling puppymill puppy. I'm sorry I ever did business with you! She can keep writing letters (of lies) but the people who got puppy's from her know she is a Puppy Broker not a Breeder.

What is the problem here?? She HAS~ the Registration papers,,,She HAS~ the dogs,,,so how exactly am I Ripping her off??? If these dogs still~ have health problems & Diarea,,,than it is certainly NOT~ my Fault,,,she IS~ a Breeder,,& obviously is NOT~ properly caring for these dogs if they still~~have problems!!! Sooo it sounds like she actually needs to take them to the Vet,,if she still is not properly caring for them!!! I still NEVER~ received any Vet Documentation from this Breeder!!! ALL~~of our dogs are covered under our Health Guarantee,,,so if she was having any~ kind of issue at all,,than of course she defiantly Could~ have returned them!!! And we DO~ use Frontline on ALL~ of our animals,,obviously there is Not~ much more you can do about fleas,,other than treat them & Dip them!! We are NOT~ God,,so all~ we can do is treat the problem!! Summer time is about the only time the Fleas seem to come out anyway,,,& when they do,,we do~make sure to buy Frontline for all~ of our animals,,we have proof from Our Vet to prove~ that!! And Yes I was in the hospital having a baby by Emergency C-Section,,,So FORGIVE~ Me that I also have a Life!!! so no it was not my fault I could not meet her. But of course my husband gladly did. And she loved~ the dogs when she got them,,& NEVER~~sent Us any~ Vet Documentation at all on her dogs! So please everyone,,,instead of jumping the gun,,& listening to people's lies,,,PLEASE~ ask for PROOF~ of Vet Documentation from this Breeder!!!!!!!!!!! So Nancy,,I am~ still waiting to see this documentation please!????! I think it is VERY~ Sad that people have nothing better to do than to sit on the Computer & spread Gossip & False accusations all~ day!! We would Not~ bother having a legally binding Health Guarantee Contract, if we did'nt stand behind our puppies 100%!!! And I like how she has the Nerve to call us a Puppy Mill,,,but yet she WAS~ in our home,,,and saw that we have a VERY~ Nice home,,& defiantly~ do not~ run a Puppy Mill!!! I don't understand how people can be soo Mean!!?? I mean AKC has even been to our home,,& said that we had a wonderful~ home, & took excellent care of all of our very~ healthy puppies!! I also got sick puppies too from Evonne. I have proof that they had fleas when we pick them up. (her husband told us) When we left her house we found a Pet Mart and they took care of the fleas problem. They gave us the bill and put on what condition that the puppies were in . And said I should take them to the vet A.S.A.P that they have run nose and eyes and didn't look health. We had a long drive home since we had a late start that day we wouldn' get home until late the next day so we call are vet and got them appointment rightway. Yes they were sick and we have all the papers. we even have picture of them and you can tell they were sick. We ask Evonne for the shot records on them she said she faxs them we never got them at all. When I told her about the problem h*o boy! you all know how she can get. (I keep all her e-mail) She said they left her house health. She wasn't there she was at the hospital she just had a baby. And by the way the husband say they keep them in the pole barn. There more to my story but this is it for now. And I to would like to get in touch with other victims of Evonne. So we can stop her. She is not a breeder she a Puppy Broker.

Seeing how there have been so many complaints against this kennel, I would suggest everyone spending the $40 to have the dogs DNA'd through AKC. Many have complained of no papers, papers can be easily switched or sent on a dog that they don't really go with. Everyone is so concerned about just getting the papers. Papers don't prove that this dog is who the papers say they are. To breed an import with AKC papers, AKC requires the DNA test. I suggest you do it before you ever think about possibly breeding any dogs from this kennel. Better to find out true identity now rather than later. If papers don't match dogs actual DNA lineage, that is another lawsuit for misrepresenting what she is selling. Just a thought...

Just for the RECORD, Yes We DO File Our Income Tax's For Our business!! So PLEASE do check into it& You will soon see that We DO File Our Income Ta'xs just like everyone~ else! If you suspect fraud you should file Form 3949-A which can be found on the irs.gov website. You can look on the IRS website - under Tax Fraud. You should send the information to Internal Revenue Service Fresno, CA 93888. Texas does not have a State Income Tax on individuals. This is public information posted on the irs website. Took me about 5 minutes to look it up.

We have also had Horrible dealings with that Horrible woman. I bet she is not claiming state, nor Federal Income Taxes, and I would like to get her on those, if possible. Do you know where I could get a form complaining about her not filing the Income Tax? Thank You. Becky,Austin,TX

In fairness I am updating this report, that I finally received the FCI papers from Evonne - Diamond Acres Kennels, which have been accepted by the AKC and the dog is now registered. But it was at a cost of $460. of attorney fees and getting the papers just 1 day prior to being able to file suit (Texas requires 60 Days notification prior to filing suit - under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act). I was not reimbursed any of our legal fees as we requested in our original request. I have owned several pure bred dogs in the past and never had as much trouble with breeders as I have had with this person. It may be because of the foreign registry, but it could have been handled much more professionally and courteously. I did not appreciate that after waiting 15 months for the papers - being told that I was not being patient and understanding. We purchased the dog in May of 2006 and received the FCI papers in October 2007. I will say that our Frenchie is healthy and happy and a very beautiful dog. But I would not chose to go through this experience again with this person. Mary Richardson, TX

My attorney has sent her a certified letter informing her that she has 60 days to respond. If she does not provide me with Valid Papers then we are going to court for treble damages under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. My attorney tracked down her new address - in Lavon, Texas. I would like to know if Ripoff Report can assist us in coordinating our efforts against Diamond Acre Kennels and Evonne Denney. Too many people are being taken in by this person and we need to stop her and her puppy mill. I would like to know what the AKC had to say about these tactics and if they have sanctioned her in any way? Or even if they can sanction her. If you are a victim you might want to consider contacting the Federal Trade Commission as crossing state borders brings federal law into play. For the Texas victims we need to contact the Attorney General's office. I will be filing a lawsuit. It is my understanding that she has once moved again, surprise, and is now in Nevada, Texas - just outside of Rockwall, Texas. If anyone has her address I need that to serve her papers and summons to appear in court.
