Diamond Resorts International Late charge rip off Las Vegas, NV Nationwide
Beware and check your December statements from Diamond Resorts....I paid monthly maintenance fees and then at the end of the year I received $50 late fee charge and interest. I had no other choice but to pay the balance and fees. Paula in the finance department told me that in December Diamond Resort sends out a billing statement and if the monthly maintenance fees aren't equal to the amount paid then I will have to up the difference and if not then they will charge me a late fee. I find it very frustrating when the Diamond Resorts is the company making up the monthly maintenance fees and so it is very convenient for them to make the amount taken under what needs to be taken so that they can make more money on late fees.

Received an email from DI telling me that I will get a statement credit for the late charge and ineterest. I will will be very diligent checking my December statement from them. Thank you Ripp Off Report for your help.
