Taking blame to be too trustworthy I basically do want to highly recommend any future customer of this business to get an exact written statement before you committ to his service. You might be in for a bad surprise if you only trust his word. 2/3 through the work on the front deck I took over to finish the first deck by myself after it was dragging on for 2 months. I am now building the back deck alone since I am not willing to give him more money. He charged me 54 hours @ $35 per hour and was at my house about half of the time.
