Diana Shay Realtor is a thief and fraudster, be very careful when dealing with Diana Shay she is a con artist, manipulative and dishonest.
Diana Shay Realtor was meant to show me apartments for investment, I had only a few days in Miami and contacted Brickell Brokers (Brickell Brokers is also a scam company). They assigned Diana Shay to me and she showed me terrible apartment after terrible apartment at a high price. Then she showed me an okay looking place and said "It is going for 550,000 Dollars and this one is priced to sell, trust me, I have friends who live here, this building is great, the apartment will be sold very fast, you should buy now,
I even know someone who can give you great rates. You should invest, when are you leaving, sign before you leave", I said, let me think about it, and she made phone calls and then said to me, trying to make pressure on me "I just spoke with the sellers agent, he says this one is going to receive an offer but he can hold it for you, since you are an important man and have traveled so far to see us."
I was exhausted and said okay, tell him to hold and I will make the calculation and most likely buy, but let me think. Out of the blue she said "Great, so you are buying. If you buy we can celebrate. We can have dinner and then...maybe even go to yours to enjoy dessert?" Diana then started stroking my back and shoulders.
This really set alarm bells ringing, here is this botox filled bimbo who was first treating me very badly, now suggesting she would sleep with me if I bought the apartment? 550,000 dollars for intimate relations. The situation became very bizarre, and I removed myself saying I had an important conference call to attend.
I ran like the wind from this shady lot. I am not sure how people like Diana Shay get the authorization from Florida government body to be real estate agent, Diana Shay Realtor is a fraud, con artist and scammer. To me fellow Hong Konger please pay attention of the warning: Brickell Brokers is a scam, and Diana Shay Realtor fraud, do Not trust them.
