Excellent email feed. After years of experience in the trenches of family court law, I feel obligated to report that, in my opinion, Diane Van Ness is a perpetrator who is aware of her acts of extreme humility and control toward innocent parents, even at the cost of their children, whom she alleges to "protect." Her half smiles betray her lack of shame or guilt over her ethical and legal violations, as she presents outwardly as professional. She acts with malice aforethought.

I also experienced her financial demands as others reported. She uses children as bargaining chips rather than human beings, withholding visits until she is paid in full, often in the tens of thousands. Their aching hearts go unreported. False reports of alleged child abuse are filed in their stead.

In my opinion, Diane Van Ness is suffering from a mental or personality disorder of some sort and I ask those researching her capabilities to be cautious and turn elsewhere.

Don't know Dr. Katalin Eckstein's knowledge of Diane's perpetration. But I do know in their cases together, she refused all ethical efforts toward healing and reunifying a family mandated by the state of Florida, including parental involvement in therapy and parenting coordination efforts. Her ignorance led to children being "treated" by her for years for alleged child abuse that never occured. It took years for some of her "patients" to get over her fraudulent cases, which in essence, she read about from Diane Van Ness' disturbed reports and not from first-hand knowledge or contact with the children's prior doctors.

A horrible, horrible team. I do not recommend either one of them.

Did you mean acts of extreme "humiliation?" Agreed. We've seen it. Stay away.
