d**k's Auto & RV Repair - Rv Md In Tucson, Az Ellis' took Ins. money + parts off RV then said they cut losses I could go; aft RV MD it stopped running & they have 90 day guarantee not honoring Willcox Tucson Arizona
I had a drain on new batteries, aft charging the worng hook-up started a wire fire [w/ Jacobs Elec.] in Oct 2007. Ellis' w/ d**k's Auto & RV took $1650.50 the Ins. sent then took off the Jacob's [Ins. later gave $1804.36 for parts being removed {they talked to Jacob's Co.}]. Many other parts were removed as the windshield wipper motor & replaced w/ a broken one from another Pace Arrow. Wires pulled, stripped & cut requesting $2854 from my Atty in IL. , for products that do not exist on said RV... {I said don't pay as stated above...} & aft he called stating my mother was ailing & to come home. Gary Ellis then stated he would cut losses & I was to go aft a 6 1/2 mo. & the RV did not run well if at all, aft a wire expert was paid to fix a situation of 4 to 8 hr.s.
A friend grounded & hooked wires to drive to Tucson were I hired RV-MD were they worked 5 1/2 days. in 5 hr.s & 3 miles the RV shut down to be pushed to a space at Beaudry RV & Ins. is paying 4 hr. diagnostic at $109 hr..
Neither d**k's nor RV-MD wsh to talk to me more give me my invoice papers as I am parked in an area they do work on other RV's in said Beaudry's Resort area by the transision lot I am in... feet away they faxed the papers to JJ Tams [mutual friend] = a 10 mil. round trip w/ gas $3.45.9 a gal..
All know my Mother is in IL. where I am trying to be to spend time w/ her before she dies, whereas the family will scater aft she expires. SAD !
I am researching a true situation w/ murders + starting a Veterinary School in Az. attatch to the U. of A. & the AVMA [American Veterinary Medicine Assc] !
Please call to get others # who know the situation & my honesty. I am also physically handicapped !!! Thnx Pf

We were broken down on the side of I-10 outside of Willcox, AZ with 3 small children in a full-sized school bus. Gary Ellis and d**k's Automotive towed us 40 miles to d**k's for free. They fixed our bus for FREE and Gary Ellis filled our tank with gas and even bought us supplies, groceries and gifts for our children. While we were there they got us a hotel room and paid for it, too. We were stuck with no hope and they rescued us. Gary even gave me temporary work after the fact. The bulletin board in the lobby is covered with letters of gratitude from people they have helped. They are kind, gracious and helpful. While we were there we saw Gary Ellis personally help at least 5 other people out of his own pocket. I feel like this report is a jaded outlash by a bitter person who is obviously looking to blame the world for their troubles. I just want to say THANK YOU to d**k's, and my family would recommend them to anyone. In fact, we already do. Blessings!
