They used to be a dealership with integrity, and my family had bought from them in the past. We walked out on them about 15 years ago, because of the treatment we were getting from the salesman. I thought I'd try them about 5 years ago, but they were only interested in having me sign the paperwork to buy the car, before they would even mention price or allow a test drive. I promptly walked out, and wound up buying a vehicle the next weekend at another dealership. Their service department also doubled the estimate for some repair work, when my mom called for the diagnosis. When my dad called, half the work suddenly "wasn't necessary", and the price dropped by half. I will never purchase a car from McKenzie Ford or d**k's Country Dodge.
