The ad came up interfering CONTINUOUSLY on the screen...on EVERY screen I tried to be on. It was a hopeless complete nuissance! Finally, I succummed...for $1.95 I thought it does'nt hurt...got the package...and before long I got additionally, another bill on my statement for $89.97.
At some point I called them beforehand. I could not get through...
The next thing I see is an ADDITIONAL BILL on my statement for $89.97!
I call them...they said they didn't have any documentation of my calling to cancel...(previously, mentioned...while I had problems connecting..during trial period!) The urgency to call during that period , as I found out...was in very small print...while they're waving ad this in your face !
I called up for refund...they are NOT accomodating me whatsoever...FURTHERMORE...this diet patch DOES NOT WORK!!!
I even offered to send back the package...BOTH packages!!! if necessary, to have them comply to my wishes.
I have NEVER seen anything like this...I asked them what they can do for me...they were completely unfeeling and unacceptably, unaccomodating!
I am infuriated by all the hassles I've been through just for my refund...I've had SO much aggravation over this.
It is obviously, a scam...therefore, I would like you to help me get my refund of $89.97 credited back to my account...actually, in a check at this point!!!!
PLEASE HELP ? ! ?

PS...I tried contacting them on the given site from the package...www.DietPortalToday.com...but with no response! The tel # I called was # 877-773-5152.

Yep - No surprise there! Just what I would expect an "employee" of this company to say! Blah, blah, blah, it's like they have it written down somewhere because they say the same thing if you call them and speak to them in on the phone too! I just want anyone who is even thinking of buying this product to please be careful! You will get charged even if you don't use it and send it back! DO NOT give them your credit card number as I so stupidly did! And especially take the time to read the fine print! Otherwise it will be you writing this complaint because you certainly won't get any help from the customer service at this company! Remember they have a certain "script" they will respond to you with and will continue to say the same thing over and over again!

Customer signed up for a 14 day trial, agreeing to the terms and conditions that they would be billed the full price if they did not cancel before the 14 day trial period had ended.
Customer can see the last step of the order page here that shows the terms and conditions box is required to be checked (Also notice the condensed version of the terms to the left of the page as well):

The full terms and conditions the customer agreed to are located here (They can also be clicked on on the order page, on the home page, and in the email sent to the customer after their trial order was placed):

The customer was sent the 14 day trial and the product was delivered to the customer.
Customer did not cancel within the 14 days like agreed to if they did not want to pay for the product and was charged the full price for the product.
The trial period does begin on the order date and that is disclosed both on the order page, the terms and conditions that are required to be agreed to, on the main website, and a link to the terms and conditions are emailed to the customer with their order. We extend trials all the time for people who email or call in before the 14 day window has passed and are always happy to give customers more time to try the product.
We also allow customers to return the product if it is not used for a refund if that is what the customer wishes to do. We do not do anything that is not disclosed on our website, is required to be agreed to before placing an order, and is sent to the customer.
