I sent in my son's Ipod touch to replace the cracked screen. I received a conformation email that they had received the the Ipod on Feb 14, 2011. I have contacted the company several times throgh there web based system. When last contacted them about the status of my device I got this informative reply. (see below). I called ant stayed on hold for 16 min, 39 sec, then got dumped to a voice mail box. I think I just paid this company to steal my son's Ipod! I will file a complaint with the Credit Card Company, Maybe that will get some attention.

Recived a call from Dan at Digiexpress this afternoon. I was assured of that the device was in front of a tech at that moment. Here's basicaly what he had to say:
