DigiExpress The ipod professionals Digiexpress is a complete hoax and I wouldn't recommend them at ALL ! New Kensington, Pennsylvania
I do not recommend anyone using digiexpresses services . I have been waiting for about a month for my ipod touch to come in . The first e-mail i received was said they received my ipod and i needed a new headphone jack, and battery . I paid the day they sent me the e-mail confirming what parts they needed . I called 2 weeks later and their server was down so the lady said she would send me an email as to when it would be sent . I never received and e-mail back and it has been a week and a half now .
I called several times the last few days and cannot get in touch with a representative there . They play elevator music and tell you to push pound to leave a message . Then when you push pound they say they aren't open at that time . Why wouldn't they just have a recording saying they are not opened during the hours at that time instead of making you wait on hold for an hour for someone to answer the phone when they aren't open ? I do believe i have been scammed out of my money and ipod and I wouldn't recommend these people to anybody ever ! I just hope I can get my ipod and money back soon .
