Pros – Great young crowd with lots of energy and spirit.
Cons – High turnover rate due to ridiculous workload as a result of underselling every project. Project Managers paid extra to stay late and provide dinner so the developers are forced to stay late as well. Bonuses only given to a select few while others are expected to match their level of performance. Below average compensation and high stress level. Very sneaky management tactics and total disregard for employee morale. They basically want you to work there for about a year and then will insult and harass you until you leave, they will even send you job postings.
