digital addition rip off alert hazleton, Pennsylvania
I was told that they would install Microsoft Office to my laptop. Instead they gave me Office Starter and charged me for it. That comes free from the manufacturer. They don't have the rights to be installing this. I reported this to Microsoft. Manufacturers are the only ones that have rights to this software. They refused to refund me. They are true thieves. Let Microsofts lawyers deal with them!!!!!
