Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We ordered a outdoor digital sign from Peter Fischer and prepaid $16000.  and were to receive the sign in early April/10.

Since then, Peter Fischer has either lied over the phone or just not returned calls or emails. He also did not respond to the BBB and has a number of complaints there. He operates his fraud via his web site(colorledsigns.com) and by his cell phone(312 317-3381)

it's now March 2015,never received the sign we paid for even after going to Las Vegas in late 2010 and being told we would receive it in 2 weeks. Started legal action in early 2011 and after a number of appeals we finally won a judgement against HDAV and Craig Schreiber in late 2014. But yet another appeal. Last year his then lawyer quit as he's owed a lot of money.

Since writing this report I found out Peter Fischer is just a guy with a web site,a lap top,and a cell phone, and was paid a 10% commission. He's changed his company name to Dynamic mobile media, Craig Scheiber is now using HDAV outdoor llc.

Anyway, the story is the same with the other victims, they take your money and all you receive are lies. It's just a matter of time before these crooks are out of business and/or behind bars!

To clear up a point Peter Fischer made(he won't respond here),when we ordered the sign in mid Feb/10 from him,at the last minute he had us send the cheque to HDAV Corp in Las Vegas. It turns out he's just a salesman/middleman with a web site and a cell phone that works with company's that make signs. It's my fault for trusting that he knew what he was doing and for prepaying.Once you pay,he could care less.By July I was almost sure we were scammed, since the delivery never came and he was not responding and a search for HDAV,where we sent the cheque, came up as a company that sold Artifical Turf. After filing this report I did get a response in Aug/10,claiming my sign was built and ready to ship, all I had to do was remove this report(all you can do is update and Peter Fischer will not comunicate any longer). Late Oct/10 I travelled to Las Vegas to see what I could find and I did find HDAV at the address where I sent the cheque. They're a small company with a handfull of employee's that make LED and LCD displays. It turns out my order was made, but too large,so it was sold to someone else. Then they got busy with other orders etc. and a new display was made at some point in the summer(all of this was never relayed to us).Because Peter was the middleman and he placed the order, every thing got screwed up.The sign he said would "fit perfectly" with what we having it going into, that was an "all weather outdoor 65" LCD LED Ultra Bright Display" turns out not to be in any type of cabinet.HDAV will at least supply some glazing, but we'll have to do the rest. It's a new product,(an outdoor TV with computer that you can run advertising on).Anyway, the 6 week delivery is now 36 weeks and counting. So my advice, first:don't Prepay, second:deal with HDAV directly. After meeting Craig at HDAV I'm sure things would go smoothly.
