The company claimed that I personally approved the seervice, however, neither my wife nor I ordered the service. Upon request, they agreed to refund via a credit, however, the company is taking several months to do that, therefore, using my money at no cost to them. The address for the company is a call center under another name. I was not able to speak to an actual representative of the named company and the person who did speak with me did not know the names of any of the company's principals. I intend to follow-up with a complaint to the Minnisota Atorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission. Complaints have already been fioled with the Federal COmmunications Commission Telecommunications Division.
These types of services are a good example of easily committed fraud and I personally believe that is what the company has done and is doing.
