DiMeo Farms sold us (600) 1.5 year old Pink Lemonade blueberry plants in early spring 2013 that turned out to not be Pink Lemonade, but an average blue cultivar. We contacted DiMeo Farms and spoke to Anthony DiMeo. He was incredibly confrontational and extremely unapologetic. After several minutes of conversation, he agreed to accept the return of the plants in the late fall, once dormant, as long as they were in good condition. Once late fall came around, we phoned DiMeo Farms to let them know we would be dropping off the (600) unidentifiable blueberry plants as agreed a few months prior. Again, we spoke to Anthony DiMeo and he was down-right threatening. He would not accept the return of the plants, claimed we were "ripping him off" and took our statement of contacting our lawyer in regards to the matter as a "direct threat" against him. As of early spring 2014, the matter is still open and we are out $1200.
