After several failed attempts to contact Mr Rawley I sent yet another email to him and told him about filing a report here and at IC3 and about 20 minutes later I get an email from him. In this one he says that he hasn't heard from me in over 120 hours (uh huh) and that he considers that as my admission that the matter is closed. So I sent him one right back and about 30 minutes later I get the email saying they will refund my money. Since I know that they send those automated emails out to all complaints I wrote back one last time asking specific questions and got one last email answering them. They told me that I would get my refund within 3-4 business days. To my utter surprise I look in my bank account the VERY NEXT DAY and there it was.
