I've been a member of Direct Buy for several years and I've never had a bad experience, and some of my savings have even shocked their employees on a few purchases. What I see is that you knew what the benefits were, wanted to take advantage of these benefits, but didn't want to pay for the service. And then waited for the very last moment to do it. I'm willing to bet your savings on your last order are far greater than the cost of your renewal fee. So I have to wonder, who actually got ripped off? On the bright side, should I move to port st lucy I know I'll have a direct buy near by.
