I was sent an email Friday, May 15, 2009 advising me that they (Direct Capital) were enrolling me in a Credit Guardian Alert(TM).

This information is critical to maintaining and driving the success of your business.

For your convenience, your $29.95 fee will be assessed each month and deducted along with your monthly payment from your account on file with Direct Capital.

We look forward to providing this product & service to you each month and are confident it will assist you with your future financing needs. We encourage you to utilize the product and take full advantage of its potential. We do however recognize this may not fit within your company's current needs. After review, if you feel this does not work with your business & personal financing plans you can opt out of this program by responding to this email or calling Stacey Lyons at (603) 433-xxxx.

I replied by email within a few hours and left VMS for Stacy Lyons advising that I was not interested in this program. (no one ever picked up the phone or returned my calls)

They did not have my consent or authorization to do this. The payment for equipment went out that same day on the 15th. I noticed that the $29.95 was already invoiced and deducted in addition to my monthly payment.

I contacted someone and was given the run around. I again called and logged all the information on 5/27/09 @ 12:12PM. Spoke to an agent who said I should NOT have been charged and that I was indeed taken off of the program. She mentioned I would also receive a call from Megan to provide refund.

It is now 6/15/09 and again the $29.95 was added to the invoice and drafted from my account. I'm tired of going through their endless agents and no-one really has to authority to refund and cancel this Credit Guardian.

I'm also filing a BBB complaint as well. Again for the record, I have never authorized or given consent for Direct Capital Corp. to deduct any extra monies from my bank account. We are also on time and have never had any problems with being late.
