Direct Diet Pills Ripoff, Misleading, No communication to customers Casselberry Florida
I ordered a product from this company on 3/30/06 and within a few hours they sent me my order confirmation. Around 5 or 6 days later I checked their website and checked on my order using my order#, apparently my orginial order was denied by my physician, but they were sending me a something compariable in its place. HOWEVER, they never contacted the physician I listed on my order form. I also checked my checking account and noticed a hold had been placed on my account for the amount of the prescription.
I immediately started sending them emails stating I wanted to cancel my order and calling their customer service number. The phone was always busy, then I acutally spoke to someone and the computer system was conveniently down, and they never responded to one of my emails.
Today, is 4/14/06, and my account has been charged for the $amount$ of the prescription, however, I haven't received anything from them, NOR do I want to receive anything from them.
My next step is to contact the BBB and report this company to them.
I would appreciate any help you can give to resolve my situation.
