Direct Express No one will give me their name I talk to at the company I Transferred money to The Bank of American Checking Account and it never got there San Antonio , Texas
I was having too many bank charges so Social Security issued the Direct Express Card and deposited my check in to my account at Direct Express. I then transferred 400 of it to my account at Bank of America. It never got there. I filed complaint. They said they would send me paperwor. Never got paperwork. Asked for it again and was told they could only send it once. Said I had to send in a summary of what happend. I did 4 different times. Called and they never got summary on the 4 different occassions I sent them. Informed me transaction successful. Called Bank of America and had conference call with Direct Express. Got no where. Direct Express notified me and the Bank of America that I could send in another compaint but I would have to send in another summary. I could only send it to the P.O. Box. Could not send it certified. They have no Fax so can not send it that way. Could not send it overnight no one would sign for it. The US Government says people can put their pension in the card too. Big mistake. I will get my money if I have to go to my congressman. I am 71 and a fixed income. They also charged my account with charged from Facebook to the tune of 44.00. No way are they valaid. Avoid them. Anyone wanting to file a class action suit write me. 400.00 is a lot of money and it was on November 25 so Christmas was a bust. Thanks for nothing. Oh yes they told The Bank Of America there was no supervisor for them to talk to. US Government have you not done enough to us.
