Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This is a business predicated on deception, greed and a total lack-of-professionalism.

Their telemarketers are typically not even licensed insurance agents.  Although the claim is that they are "Brokers of Insurance" The truth is, if you're receiving a call from a "Benefits Advisor" they are going to tell you "My quoting software is 'suggesting' _________ Health" (I won't use the Carrier's name, if you've found this page, you will know who it is) Well, that's a LIMITED-FIXED-BENEFIT policy which pays, for example, MAYBE a few thousand dollars towards OPEN HEART SURGERY. Although the "broker" says the carrier has a 91% approval rate, that's because they push the prospective insured through and then let them file a claim down the road...THEN that claim will be underwritten and you will get sent the entire bill and rated-up or policy terminated for "pre-x"  For folks in less-than-stellar general health, smokers, etc...it's a winning solution.  It IS NOT meant to be sold across-the-boards to ANYONE who has or is seeking qualified, comprehensive, major medical health insurance.

If you receive a phone call and they're making the "Broker" claim, I ask that you PLEASE do yourself a favor and run for the hills.  If, by chance, you want to have a little fun and validate this fact: ASK for MULTIPLE quotes from MULTIPLE carriers.  You will soon learn the cold, hard truth.

*****IF YOU ARE AN AGENT: Go somewhere there are leads.  If you happen to land at the doorsteps of AHT or DHP, you've already gone too far.  Here is why:  Their "lead generation" model works like this--

A telemarketer calls off of < 1 data...through an outdated and crappy cloud-based predictive/auto dialer. These (data) are people who have either had a business license and/or applied for one.  I don't even think that's the case, as many calls were to chain salons, cashiers at Dollar Stores, etc..  Anyhow, once the unlucky party answers the phone, the telemarketer states who they are, and then proceeds to the "purpose of the call" which is, verbatim:
"Giving you a call today because health care reform has created new programs that are available at a low-cost and I just wanted to see if YOU feel like YOU'RE paying too much for your current health plan?" <--key factor "Plan" as they're not representing POLICIES.

If the person DOESN'T HANG UP ON THEM OR REQUEST DO NOT CALL LIST, they will proceed to rush through simple questions so that " A Benefits advisor will send you a proposal via email"  Ladies and gentlemen, once that "Quote" is sent, THAT is your "LEAD." I noticed through their broker portal with their ONE CARRIER, that the call center, collectively, had sold about 75 deals over the course of > 6 months!!!! HORRIFIC!  ---Keep in mind, these calls are in THE MOST OVER-PRONOUNCED SOUTHERN ACCENT, Calling people Mr. First Name and Miss First name "ohhh so charming" For example, a gentleman's name is George...he is now "Mr. George"  The facade, if given an opportunity to show, is as transparent as it may be!

Pathetic, in its truest fashion!  I would give further evidence and particular scenarios; however, I just realized that I have given MORE-THAN-ENOUGH time, energy and breath to these clowns.

GOOD LUCK, GOD SPEED & STEER CLEAR!
