Direct teaches that the words "Full Coverage" is a "dirty word". The term "Full Coverage" is very misleading and ususally when a client requests this coverage they are implying Comprehensive, Collision and Liability Insurance. Agents are trained to respond to this request by asking what coverages the insured wishes to purchase. They explain in detail what the coverages are and what choices they have. Direct believes in fully disclosing all coverages that the client may choose to purchase.

I have worked for Direct for the past 7 years both in sales and at our corporate and regional headquarters. I personally can say that as a agent we have strict training programs that fully train us to serve our clients in a professional and efficient manner. Our agents are trained to explain all paperwork in detail. Direct pays close attention to training practices and invests much time and money into its programs. The clients must take some responsibility for what they sign. They are given an ample opportunity to read over their paperwork. This individual's claim has absolutely no merit what-so-ever. Direct invests a great deal of resources to fully investigate claims. Direct is a wonderful company to work for and the people who started the company are decent and honest. I am proud to work for this Direct Insurance!
