If the physician does not approve my prescription within 3 business days, I understand that my order will be substituted with the #1 non-prescription weight loss product. My charges, in place of the prescription product, will be adjusted to equal: 30 day order=$55.00 / 60 day order=$77.00 / 90 day order=$93.00.
