Robert, I sincerely thank you for your suggestion to register the complaint through Ripoff Report, BBB and the names you listed. I really came in handy. I had a "chat" with one of their friendly customer service reps (or whatever they are) and when I mentioned that I have registered a complaint about the way I was RIPPED OFF to the above & even included the CEO's name...the conversation took an abrupt turn to "silence" - then to "I will see that a manager returns your call"... I will keep you posted on the results. Thanks once again for the suggestions. I know where to go next time BEFORE the fact! Sincerely, Sheila smmace bellsouth.net

I am sorry you didn't see this first, or the Better Business Bureau, who gives the an 'Unsatisfactory' record. Report them to the BBB, and the Ripoff Report or Bad Business Bureau. Make the e-mail to Complaint Contact: Leah McCabe, and Customer Service: Paulina Counsel. Plus, send it to the CEO: Stephen McMurtrey. This may get their attention. I got ripped off by Coolwaterpharmacy.com and didn't here from them in three months. Within two days of telling them I was turning them into these websites they contacted me. Good luck.
