In May I ordered a pair of Tanzanite earings for a June birthday...I was assured I would receive them on time, after following up on 3 different occasions they told me they were on the way then finally they told me that because of all the orders I wouldnt be getting them till the end of June....In july I called to cancel the order and the middle of August they were sent, even though the order was canceled.  My charge was charged and I sent them back the next day, called to follow up to make sure they were received. And have called everyday being on hold for over 1.5 hours since August 23....it is now december 13 and I have been promised time and time again my refund should be processed and that there is NO REASON I should have not received the refund yet.

 I have left 8 messages for tina, have spoken with Jose, Fred and D'waun at night.....NO ONE returns my calls, no one answers customer service and I am so frustrated. I have spent well over $6,000 with them and this is the way they treat their customers? I have met and spoken with Art at the gem show in Tucson, not only have they permanently lost a good customer but I will get the word out how ever I have to so that no one orders from them again. The ONLY jewelry tv station to order from is liquidation center! They return calls, take care of issues and send what they promise. The earings I never should have received was nothing like what i had taped on tv, they were pale and were surely a bait and switch item. now its all about principle and wanting my money back.
