I was with them for 11 years. Everything was fine until I had to deal with their customer service. They screwed up my billing, couldn't fix it and also made promises that they had no intention of keeping. Basically, they treated me like a sucker (for believing that they'd do what they said). No way am I going to pay anyone to do that. Good luck with Dish network. From the reports around here, they're customer service isn't all that much better. My solution was to dump pay TV altogether and get some rabbit ears. It's HD now and I save big $$s every month.
