Hey.. me again. Want a good laugh?? After all this, Direct TV billed us AGAIN for January2003 service. That's right... after acknowledging by phone our letter and making a verbal commitment to disconnect with a credit for December 2003 and 30 days service prior, they BILLED us for January, 2003. One thing I'll say for Direct TV.. they are consistant.
